Returns & Replacement

BRP plumbing and electrical products are purchased on www.brpshoppe.com can be returned/replaced within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your purchased items must be returned in unused condition in the original packets/boxes and with all paperwork, it includes warranty card as well as invoice etc, to insure full credit. “Unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.

In order to claim a replacement for your purchased product, please email your request along with the OrderId/Order Number respectively to our company’s official email:shop@brpshoppe.com.

After receiving the product, our testing team will verify, approve and process the refund.

Cancellation process:

For Cancellations, BRP support to be contacted by contact us link and calls. Please quote OrderID/Order Number in all communications. It is advised that query is sent from the registered emailid and mobile number only.

Cancellation requests can be raised within 12 to 24 hrs after purchasing of your products, before shipping of order.

Your Order will be cancelled within one day and your purchasing amount will be returned after deduction of cancellation charges within 3 or 5 working days as per BRPShoppe company’s rules and regulations.
